The link between headset and phone has been compromised.
Probably the
best thing to do is to go back to the beginning, Vecini. Remove the
bluetooth headset from your phone's menu and any other bluetooth
interference. You can, for a few seconds, remove the battery (if
possible) from your phone to reset the unit.
Then follow the pairing
instructions for the Explorer 3xx and your particular phone.
If you're still having issues, you can try the headset on another phone to determine if it's a headset or phone problem.
