Zenith wont turn on

I got a zenith that wont turn on.
its a Zenith tvbr 1322z tv vcr combo. I plug it in and it clicks a few times and then nothing. If I unplug it for a while and plug it back in, it will click a few times again and then nothing. any suggestions? Thanks.
