Hp 3310 paper feed

-   Exactly the same problem. There must be some way to fix it. This printer wasn't cheap and the quality of the prints is excellent, once you can get one to print! -   transactemp

-   Ditto the paper feed problem!!! Error in window states load paper in main tray. Of course there's paper in it -- 20lb. bond, 24lb. bond, high gloss photo paper, HP brand, other brands. It doesn't matter what I do. Tried single sheet feed, max. capacity, everything in between. I've tried giving the paper a nudge with finger and pencil erasers. Reloading paper in different orientation; no help. The manual says nothing about procedures for cleaning rollers -- they appear inaccessible, unless the printer is dismantled. Perhaps 1 sheet in 15-20 (Yes, I'm persistent!) will feed, but with no repeatability, rhyme, or reason. Print quality is always good; when or IF it prints.
