Yup, there is a procedure for that.
1. Use a good penetrating lubricant and soak well.
2. Make sure the motor cylinder (item #22) is installed and pressing against the rear endplate (item# 27), this will keep it straight while attempting to pull the rotor from the motor housing.
3. Grab a set of Vise Grip pliers, lock on to the end of the rotor. Tip install the hammer case screws, thread them all the way down the will give you a place to tap with a hammer and not damage the housing. Depending how old or how beat up you tool is you might have to slightly heat the housing with a propane torch to expand the housing, only do this as a last resort.
Ideally it should slide right out.

No power and just blows air

The problem stated could be in one of two places.
1st the hammer mechanism, symptom when trying to loosen or tighten a nut the tool locks up. Disassemble and and check components for wear or broken parts..
2nd under a no load condition, depressing the trigger and only air blows through the exhaust could be a combination of hammer and motor. Also must inspect the anvil bushing (item #19) located in the hammer case, they have a tendency to slide out of place and binding the mechanism as a whole, then check air motor for scarred a
endplate (item # 12) cylinder (item# 9, damaged vanes (item# 11)

HOW DO I OIL THIS IMPACT WRENCH ?

Pretty much all air impacts are oiled through the air inlet fitting, use 3 to 6 drops this will lubricate the air motor, oil the tool with every use.
Now on the side of the tool you might see a hex plug near the middle or in the front of the tool and might be labeled OIL, that is the one that lubricates the hammer (clutch) mechanism, use a light to medium oil SAE20 or SAE30, this needs to be checked once a month with heavy use or 2 to 3 times a year with light use.

Ingerroll rand 2132g how do I oil my air impact wrench?

Most I.R. impacts require grease in the hammer mechanism (clutch) and oil in the air motor.
To lubricate the air motor simply add oil through the air inlet about 3 to 6 drops at every use.
To lubricate the hammer (clutch) mechanism you will need a grease gun with a needle, the grease fitting (item# 17) is located on the hammer case assembly (item# 15) 2 or 3 small squirts will sufficiently lube the hammer (clutch) mechanism.
With heavy use grease the tool once a month, with light use 2 to 3 times a year.
Follow this link for the parts list, also indicates the grease needed:

My cp797 impact wrench after oiling and checking psi 110 still just air shaft not turning

YOU WILL NEED TO DISASSEMBLE THE TOOL.
START BY REMOVING THE HAMMER CASE AND INSPECT THE ANVIL AND HAMMERS FOR DAMAGE, AFTER TRY AND TURN THE ROTOR SHAFT IF LOCKED YOU WILL NEED TO DISASSEMBLE THE AIR MOTOR AND INSPECT THE PARTS FOR WEAR OR DAMAGE.

My 3/4" ingersoll rand impact has little power how do i fix?

A very common problem with most impacts is the incorrect size of the air fittings and air hoses, follow the MFG'S suggestion located in the owner's manual. Most 3/4" impacts need a 1/2" i.d. hose with 1/2" series air couplers. All I.R. impacts have a screen on the inlet bushing that can become clogged with debris and will cause a low power condition, make sure it is clean. If the problem persists disassembly and inspection of the tool will be necessary. Most common problems are damaged / worn motor vanes, bearings, gaskets, seals, scarred endplates. Special note for IR261 the endplates along the edge have small plugs that can deteriorate cause an internal air leak causing low performance.

Air Impact Wrench leaking air at trigger. It`s a power craft and only cost 30 euros

Almost all impact wrenches will start leaking air and get weak. When this happens you just have to take the back off pull out all the pieces and thoroughly clean the dirty oil that turns to a solid and gets all over everything. There are not many parts so it's easy. Most important are those fiber fins that are loosely in the slots on the drive shaft. When the tools turns those come out of the slot and hold air so it turns with force. This part is sort of like a Wankel engine. When the oil turns to gunk the fins get stuck and don't come all the way out and air goes around them so the tool gets weak. Just clean everything, start with rags and use a toothbrush and qtips so everything is clean. Put it back together with new oil. Most of the time if the gasket on the back plate is leaking it's just dry so oil the seals. Put it back and it will be like new.
Don't use brake cleaner because it will destroy the seals and bearings. Always use a tire iron after to make sure your lug nuts are tight until you know the wrench is up to full strength.

This is a really easy job.

Ingersoll Rand 2100G air impact wrench turns when air is hooked up. I can stop it by hand and then use it with the trigger, and it works fine, but it continues to run even when I let the trigger go. What...

The I.R. 2100G shares parts with the 2135 series impact, the throttle valve seal on these models have a tendency to wear out or deteriorate casing the throttle valve to by pass air. On the model 2100G the parts in question is only sold as an assembly (item# 22).
But you can disassemble the inlet bushing and install an inlet parts kit p/n 2135-K303, it includes all the necessary parts.
I will provide to links for you to look at
2100G: http://manualarchive.ingersollrandproducts.com/ir_pdfs/Tools/Vehicle%20Service%20Tools/Air%20Impact%20Tools/45667599_ed2.pdf

2135Ti : http://manualarchive.ingersollrandproducts.com/ir_pdfs/Tools/Vehicle%20Service%20Tools/Air%20Impact%20Tools/45534070_ed3.pdf
The I.R. parts list shows the inlet bushing in detail.

Spins fine free.when coupled to bolt there's no hammer action.just stalls. Thanks

If debris has been entering tool over time, the vaines will not make good contact to cyl. wall. Flush out gun with kerosine or diesel fuel to clean interior of the gun. If dirty, the first flush will be very dark and every flush after that will become more clear. After good cleaning/flush, add tool oil and retest tool. If tool begins to hit but not full power, you may have to open tool and remove scratches from the vaines. Make sure that you use the largest quick connect fitting possible. Sometimes the tool will loose power if you are using 1/4 inch connections and the vanes are not in good shape. Good luck

I have a husky impact wrench, set at 100psi, but all that happens when i squeeze the trigger is air comes out of three vents on the bottom of the wrench, just adjacent to the imput hose. Is there something...

get some air tool oil and put it in the hose connection and manually turn the socket end by hand, the air vanes have frozen in place and can't hold the air in to operate the unit, make sure when you do this squeeze thge trigger to let the oil into the units barrel, then connect to an air supply and try it,you may need to help get it started by hand, then let it run and add some more air tool oil again to keep it lubed
