I need a schematic shhet for the 4010 dinosaur amp have bad tda2040a need to replace

Companies are stingy with schematics. If you know the part is bad just replace it. Hint: MOST of the companies use the manufacturer's application note schematics for their designs. Here is one for the TDA2040:

When ordering the part make sure to get either the H or V version to match the one you are replacing... the leads are pre-bent. Use thermal compound grease and if there is an insulator make sure it is OK. Often there is a shoulder washer insulator for the screw.

I need the schematics for a Marshall MG-10KK guitar amplifier in order to repair it! I'm a good technician but I don't speak english very well... rsrs Thanks!

Most of the problems with the small guitar amps are blown power amp chips. They usually use chips like the TDA2030 which look like a power transistor.
Most other problems involve broken connectors, bad solder joints or cracked circuit boards. The power supply area is so simple one doesn't need a schematic for that part which is usually just three terminal regulators for +/-15 volts. Schematics are often hard to find.
Try this site, although this is a different model, much of the schematic will likely be the same.

How long has it been since you cleaned it with dust off? Xtant say's once a month. Dust can create a big buildup of static on the boards and anything is possible. Hope this helps

Just got this amp, and was wondering what subs I should get with this amp

Did some research and it sounds like a wicked lil amp with clean clean sound-its hard to say what subs to tell you to run because everyone has different taste- and without knowing what your setup is going to be theres no real way to actually say-the amp is made to run 3 channels -so focusing on the sub channel only i personally say get a pair of 10s or a good 12-your not throwing a ton of power so you dont have to go balls out on the subs- i personally like MTX subs and xtant is made by MTX so that wouldnt be far from home -good luck with that

It sounds like it's going into protection mode.

Do any of the channels pop when it's switching on and off?

If you power it up via a single 15 amp fuse (in series with the B+ line), does it blow the fuse when it powers up?

Xtant power amplifier

Did you try hooking the amp up to see if it works?

Use a relatively small fuse (no larger than 15 amps) in case there is a serious problem. The small fuse will help protect the amplifier.

The following page will help you with basic repair. Read through it to familiarize yourself with basic amplifier components.
