Your printer most likely needs a new drum. Check the page count. Are you close to 15000 pages, then it is time for a new drum....

That error means low temperature on the heat roller. The thermistor (something like an electric thermostat) measures the amount of heat needed to work. Error 173 refers a lower temperature than required, while error 172 refers overheat. The complete error list will be of no use to you, since most errors will refer you to an authorized service center.
