1 Try restarting iPhone. To turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake
button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the
slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone on, press and hold the
Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
2 Try pressing and holding the Home button for at least 6 seconds to
close a frozen application. Then try restarting iPhone following the
steps outlined above.
3 To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a
red "power off" slider may appear and the screen may go black, but do
not release Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears.
4 Reset settings: Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Note: This will reset all settings. No data or media will be deleted.
5 If that does not resolve your issue, try erasing all content and settings.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings
Note: This will delete all media and data. All settings will be reset as well.
6 Try restoring iPhone using the
latest version of iTunes.
Connect iPhone. When it appears in the Source list, click on Restore in the Summary tab.
If
the 6 steps above did not solve the problem , then the Iphone is
probably faulty , take it to a Apple repair shop, or call Apple service
phone number listed on the user guide.
