Hi,try to update your windows and latest driver for your wireless lan or reinstalling the windows with your recovery DVDs,if you still have problem make sure your hardware is survive(think you drop the laptop or in water or use in bad humidity weather or not) look at your wireless lan connection that you can connect to any other access point or not, if you can connect but not go online problem is with your access point or wireless lan connection configurations(like IP address ,MAC address restrictions or DHCP PROBLEM)if so ask from some expert if you can not connect to to any other wireless access point so you may have problem as i mention above in first step, kind regards
Please make sure if there is phycial switch to put WIFI on a short-cut key like Fn+F3 on the keyboard. Once you do either of this, the LAN icon near computer date will show sign of a sun for a few seconds and the automatically connect (or you have to provide a network password).
If this does not work you have to then check if WIFI is disabled on the laptop. Go to start> connect to / network & settings > and open the networks window, here LAN/ WLAN / other internet connections will be shown, right click on the WLAN logo and select enable if it is disabled.
Still if this does not work, it means something is wrong with the OS, the PC needs a format.
check what cable you plugged into the xbox...and be sure is not the main internet cord that it supposed to be in the wlan port of the router ...and get a cable from one of the router's LAN port into the xbox..and leave the main one into the wlan ..this way you will have wireless ...if the configuration on cables is ok ...get into the settings of the router from the admin computer the settings were made in the first place ....and see whats wrong with the wireless settings ..they may be disabled by mistake ..or another odd reason ...and enable the wireless transmitting again ..
First check if its a drivers issue.. Unistall the drivers and reinstall the latest drivers from the support website of tashiba... Then try to take the WLAN and reinsert it.. Try to get all the wireless networks again and try to connect.. If the issue is not fixed you may have to replace the WLAN card....
What you are seeing is the offline web page view. It is not actual internet unless you can search through different sites. There should be a light just below your screen what will allow you to turn wireless on or off. Or search your computer files for wireless assistant aka WLAN
Locate your wireless card compartment on your computer. It is probably on the back of it. Your computer manual should tell you where it is. Open the compartment and locate your wlan card. Remove it from your laptop for about 30 seconds, and then reinsert it and make sure that the proper connections to it are firm and secure. Close up the compartment. Turn on your laptop. Your laptop should search and recognize it. If it doesn't, then your wireless card probably quit working on you. If your computer is still under warranty, and if it doesn't recognize it after you have tried this, then you can contact your computer manufacturer and explain to them what happened. They should replace your wireless card at no charge. If you bought the wireless card from some other store, then take it to them and explain to them, and ask for a replacement wireless card.
