- The water heater on mine doesn't heat the water at all. No sound whatsoever comes from the machine that would indicate some heating element at work. I left it on for hours ( indicator light and pump works). I'm trying to find a place where I can have it serviced around Montréal. I suspect the problem to be electrical in nature but I could be wrong... - golgoth13
