Most just pull off the clips. A full make model NUMBER is better.

you may have a bad door seal

Have you checked the relay or capacitor also. Generally, they need to be checked as well. You can that manual from sears or from their website. I am assuming you know how to replace the compressor and know how to deal with the gases. This could be more than you bargained for if you aren't . I know , I made that huge mistake thinking I was able when I really didn't know much about the gases like I thought I knew. Good luck.

check seals around door make sure there no leaks,

REplace the fan. The fan is most likely bent and will continue to have problems until it is replaced. You can get it at repairclinic.com
