Hi, of cause you can buy a new screen. Just locate the nearest LG store around you or any repair store around you to assist you in getting the screen for your phone.
You can go to LG web site and get the customer care number and get assistance.
take it to verizon and have it flashed i just done that last week on my env2 lost it at a party and someone got ahold of it and changed the lock code lol verizon wont charge you
The default code to unlock your phone is the last 4 digits of your number. If it doesn't work, you will have to take it to the service center to unlock it.
Mine does the samething. Call customer support and let them know your phone is not working and you need a replacement. Mine is getting replaced. Mine started as just the "ok" button now it's moved to the 4-5-6 row. very frustrating.
call *228 and press option 1. after it finishes, it will reset your lock code to the last 4 digits of your phone number.
and it will let you call this number even if your phone is locked.
dial *22899, press send, allow the phone to program completely. it will shut off on its own and when you turn it back on, the lock code will be set to the last 4 digits of your phone number!
