A 0 2 P flashing on my canon printer

Have you tried turning it off? If you haven't tried it after getting the paper jammed, then turn it off. Just make sure that the paper is removed.

After turning it off, unplug it from the wall outlet and from your computer. Press and hold the power button for 5-8 seconds so that you can drain the power completely.

Plug it back in the power outlet. Turn it on.

Plug it to your computer and check if you still have the same error. If the flashing lights still occur, make sure that all papers which are jammed are removed. There might be some small paper left inside your printer.

I hope this helps.

At the base of cartridge carrier,on the right-hand side is a red flashing. It flashes along with the green light on the power-on button, and the blk and colour cartridge button.Struck by lightning.lexmark...

Hello. Hope you got working already. But if you're still having the problem, unplug the power supply (the small black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached) with the other end still plugged in to a known working power outlet. Look around the black box, it should have a green LED on around the silver contacts. If not, properly secure the power cord by unplugging and plugging it back in. Otherwise, you got a defective power supply. Try not to use extensions or power strips, plug printer straight to the wall power outlet or plug it to a different known working power outlet. If the power supply is working fine, plug it back in the printer in a correct position. Properly insert it and make sure it pushed all the way in the printer. If you're still getting all blinking lights once plugged in, your printer might be damaged by the the lightning strike. If that's the case, you can call Lexmark and ask for assistance with that. Well, these are the troubleshooting steps you can do to determine where the problem is. Good luck!

I have changed ALL cartridges but 2 red lights flashing. 2nd light just ejects the paper. Cannot see any blockages. Regards Fran

please try the following:

  1. Turn the printer off, and disconnect the interface cable.
  2. Open the printer cover and check for any paper jam or foreign object that blocks that print head movement then remove it.
  3. Close the CD/DVD guide if its open.
  4. Turn the printer back on.
  5. If the error disappears, turn the printer off and reconnect the interface cable. Turn the printer back on and try printing again.
  6. If the error continues, unplug the printer power cord for a few seconds and reconnect it to a different power outlet.
  7. If the printer is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, try plugging it directly into the outlet.

Problem with HP 7450 and "Paper Jam"

hi, mezz

try this

There are 2 different types of flashing patterns with those two lights on the printer.
***
Resume light and power light BLINKING ALTERNATELY
Problem: Paper is jammed in the printer.
***
Resume blinking SIMULTANEOUSLY with power light

Problem:
The print cartridge carriage is stuck.

Solution:
1. Open the top of the printer.
2. Remove anything that is blocking the carriage path.
3. Turn the printer off.
4. Turn the printer on.

Problem:
There is something wrong with the printer. (I didn't write it, I am pulling this from actual HP tech documents, so don't blame me on this one) :)
Solution:
Turn the printer off.
Turn the printer on.
If the printer will not turn off, unplug the power cable from the electrical outlet or wall outlet.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Wait about 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Plug the power cord to the back of the printer.

oke, post in me back
