Question about JVC KD-AVX33 Car Video Player
In the JVC KD-AVX33 manual, page 31 they wrote: "You cannot connect acomputer to the USB terminal of the unit." So, how you would connectthe computer to the unit ?!?
I bought this model also. It depends how much power the external drive uses. The models with 2 usb cables usually don't work because they require more power.
The hdd cannot be bigger than around 20GB, not more then 12 folders and no more then 2500 files. I saw at some forums.
If you have a pen drive at 8 to 12 GB i don't think you have problems with these. anything bigger and you have to be lucky.
Maybe at my company i can try some drives as we have them to test/use.

does anyone know if this solution works? as i am looking to purchase this model, and can get it £100 cheaper from America, so if i can get it to play region 2 dvds i will buy one!

All you have to do is right click it on al pc or control click on a mac and select set as desktop backround. then you will have what ever picture you want as your desktop.

SOURCE: JVC KD-AVX33 pairing problem
To inicialize to factory settings do: In "Setup" menu go to "others" menu, go to "Initialize" press "Enter".
With this you will loss all your customized settings
