yellow to orange blinking lights are warnings. The device is not yet defect, but has a problem. Please check the manual that came with the device, where the light is blinking.

According to the user manual the triangle lamp blinking is an indication that the error needs user intervention. The possible causes are the ink cartridge door is not closed completely, out of paper, no ink cartridge, or there is a paperjam. To fix these, click on the link below to download the user manual. Lift up the scanner bed (top part) of the

I m not sure what the specification of the paper type you are using however if you are using card stock than you should use manual feed Tray and in the printer driver properties you should select paper type as Card-Stock to make sure there is no print quality issue.
