We need to pull a submersible pump. we pulled previous ones which we threadded a rod into the top of tube and pull. The one we have has a pvc tube with a T brace at the top of the casing and before the pitless adapter there is a arm that pivots against casing opposite the pitless adapter. How do you unlock the arm that pivots

I am not in this field, but when I saw it done, there was a cable that attached to that arm. Maybe the cable fell into the casing. See if there is anything attached. The cable is then pulled/jerked hard upward to release the arm.

How to load grease in it?

The model 1056S will accept the standard grease cartridge available at any parts store. I have to use a razor blade and cut off the metal pull tab end. Then push the cartridge into the cylinder from the top. The real trick is to guide the rubber seal into the cartridge; it can be done, I load mine this way. Use the little lock to hold off the long plunger, allow just enough to work with inorder to insert rubber seal into cartridge. Only after the rubber is in the cartridge, then screw on the bottom cap. Then release the long plunger rod. You noticed that the plunger rod will rotate out of the rubber seal assembly, rotate it so the rod can be pushed into the cylinder without pushing the rubber seals. The sping will push the rubber seal to ensure grease is mover to the top. Very powerful PSI, do not blow out the rubber cups around the zerk fittings. Good luck

Stop leak for hottub

If you have a leak around the manifold you will likely need to replace it.
Is this an air manifold or a water manifold?
Manifold come in two types. One is for PVC pipe and the tubes are glued into the little sockets and the other type have barbs and the tubes are glued and clamped on.

I have installed a new pb4 pump and it keeps blowing off the hoses on the top side out to pool. I have checked for obstrustions in lines, I have siliconed my connections, i have lowered my psi thru return...

I assume you are talking about the flexible hose that is connected with a threaded collar and clamp the hose to the fittings. This can be caused by vibration, warn parts, high pressure or collar not tightened sufficiently. If the parts were installed with the previous pump then they may be worn. If you tried replacing the the fittings then you may want to change the parts to PVC fittings and piping instead. About half of the booster pumps I have seen were connected using PVC piping. I hope this helps.

I took off the bar on my huskie 350 and one of the bolts fell inside how do I find the bolt and replace it

The bar bolt should be an interference fit in the crankcase, if it has fallen out there is now a tollerence issue with the composit crankcsae, start by removing the oil tank filler cap, drain out the chain oil, now shake the machine until the bolt falls out of the filler opening, you now need to increase the diameter of the bolt where it fits into the crankcase or it will just fall out again, take a good centre punch and punch the shank of the bar bolt where it fits into the tank ( this will help to hold it tight in the crankcase ) now mark the threaded end of the bar bolt so as you know where top dead centre is ( you need to do this because the bolt has a square on the back which must fit into a squre socket on the inside of the oil tank ) there is a number of ways to re align it back into the bar pad, a magnet on a rod fed through the oil filler hole, or feed a lenght of thin wall tubing through the bar pad hole and out through the oil filler hole, push the bar bolt thread into the tubing, now pull it back through.Once the thread comes through use the bar nut and a spacer to pull it fully home, remember to get the top dead centre mark you did earlier at the top before pulling the bolt fully in, or the square on the back will not sit into its socket .

1994 dodge ram 1500 water pump. metal tube on top right (looking head on at front of enging) this pipe is leaking where it goes into the pump. is this a screw (treaded) tube or something else?

It could be either threaded or press fit depending on who made the pump for Dodge. Drain the system and attempt to remove the pipe by turning it CCW. If it is a press fit, it shouldn't turn at all and you may need to replace the entire pump for repair. If it turns, pull it out and line the threads with several turns of teflon tape wound in a CW directon (looking at the thread end). Make sure the casting is not cracked at the hole where the pipe fits.

No water on submersible pump

I assume this is a new instalation or you just removed and reinstalled to pump. As you have power on the load side and we assume your wiring to the pump is correst, you need to open a valve on the output side of the pum and bleed the pump. They will become air bound, Leave the valve open until it flow freeley. That should do it

Good Luck
