This is a QuickTime file that is not being found. If you have QuickTime installed, the you can search for the file on your hard drive, being sure to include hidden files. It needs to be in the Windows>System 32 folder. If it's anywhere else, copy it to this folder. If that doesn't work, you can uninstall and reinstall Quicktime (and iTunes).

hey, dll is a file in your pc, try to look for a qtcf.dll in the internet then try to download it,else try to re install your itunes, but use other installer, maybe the installer is corrupted.
