Part one : choose a proper video format for youtube
Most of people who have ever uploaded video to youtube came
across one of the scentiro: cant upload video to youtube ,or take hours
to upload video to youtube.Unfortunately , i am among the one of these
kind of people with such bad luck ,and this takes me days to figure
out what the problem it is.
For the reason that you cant upload video to youtube is that the video
you prepare to upload is not supported by youtue.Go to youtube official
documentation for reference. So if you video clip is not in one of these video formats, you cant upload video to youtube obviously.
As
for taking hours to upload video to youtube ,the reason is that your
video is either too big nor is not in best video format.I have always
faced lot of problems in uploading videos to Youtube and eveytime I
upload it the video quality has been poor. Since then I always wanted a
good balance between video quality and file size.I would recommend following video formats in order to attain the the
best quality video for youtube. .
Video Format: MP4/ MPEG/MOV/FLV(MP4 and FLV are my favorites.)
Video Codec: H.264, MPEG-2 or MPEG-4
Audio Codec: MP3 or AAC (stereo channel)
Part two : how to rip dvd to youtube video formatIn
order to upload DVD movie clips to YouTube, you first need a DVD
ripping program to help you extract the video clips from the DVD movie
and rip the DVD movie to YouTube friendly video formats like FLV, WMV,
AVI, etc. Note: This tutorial only focuses on how to rip DVD movies to
FLV format for YouTube video.
Step 1: Free download and install
DVD Ripper for Mac.
Step 2: Load DVD to convert to FLV
Insert DVD into your DVD-ROM. Click "Load DVD" button to load your DVD.
Just Click "Load IFO" button and press DVD folder or DVD IFO file.
Step 3: Select FLV as Output Format
Use the “Format” on the bottom of the window to control the output
format. Click on the toggle to the right of the "Format" label to get
format drop-down menu.
Step 4: Change FLV Video and Audio Settings
You can change the Resolution, Encoder, Bit rate and Frame rate of the
FLV video and Sample Rate, Channels, Encoder and Bit Rate of the FLV
Audio. The size of the FLV file depends a lot on these settings.
Step 5: Select Output Directory
Expand the "Output" panel. Use the "Browse" button to select an output directory.
Step 6: After all the settings, click "Convert" to start the DVD conversion.
