Hi
Undo the popper on the shoulder harness pad. Slide the pad down the length of the shoulder harness strap.
Unhook the metal D ring.
Feed the short length, low down anchor point back in behind the seat fabric. Bring the longer length, higher up anchor point out at the desired height.
Re-attach the D ring. Adjust the harness straps accordingly.
Slide harness pad back up shoulder harness and re-attach popper.

How does the brake work?

there have been countless accidents where unattended strollers have run away causing ***** to the child
the idea that you have is to prevent that from happening if you fail to apply the wheel brake
to do anything to prevent ti from working as designed will result in legal charges being place on you in the event of a accident involving injury to the child
it is not intended as an incinvience to you but to ensure the child's safety when you are inattentive

Do I have to use the safety straps on my kid's high chair? She's a really passive child and doesn't move around a lot but I find the straps are quite restrictive.

Speaking from experience, you should ALWAYS use the safety straps on all your kid's equipment. Even a child that likes to stay still, could suddenly decide to reach for something or get adventurous and take a tumble. My little one fell out the high chair and we spent all afternoon in the emergency (thankfully she was ok), but it's just not worth the risk.

I took the straps off and can not put them back, can you help?

The Long strap goes under the seat and comes up thru 2 holes (each end goes up thru each side). The holes are on each side of where the child sits. They come up and weave into the latches that snap into the **** clasp. Upward toward where the child's head would be they go thru the chest clasp. Look at the writing on the clasp to make sure it is on right (letters read the name Cosco and arent upside down) and the belts should be behing the clasp (in at the bottom of the clasp and out at the top). Up thru the holes on the back of the chair at the height appropriate for the childs body. Out the back and down to the claw that is on a strap under the front that you can pull to tighten or press to release slack as the child gets bigger. There should be 1 or 2 (usually 2) slots for the ends of the straps to be slid on to. Sit the child in the car seat and adjust the belt system so that a finger can be slid between the belts and the child's shoulders. This should do the trick. Good luck and be safe.

There should be a set of hole under the cover that you can adjust the crotch strap
outward, away from the child as they get bigger.

How can i make the headress go upto make the carseat bigger??

Good Evening

Take hold of the headrest and lean it forward (toward the front of the carseat) then you can slide it up and down to wherever the harness needs to be for the best fit for your child.

The shoulder straps should be no more than 1 inch above or below the childs shoulders when correctly adjusted.

I need help ASAP to make the starps bigger

Look in the back of the carseat and you should see where you can adjust the straps and then pull the length trough the front of the carseat. I don't have an evenflo, but sometimes there's a clip you can move forward to make the straps longer.

Missing Instruction Manual

https://plweb.evenflo.com/faq_detail.aspx?faqid=4407 the above link is for the manual but here are the instructions. If you have two plastic harness adjusters located on the back of your seat please follow the following steps: On the very bottom of your car seat locate two metal anchors one on each side of the seat, pull the metal anchors out of position and turn them sideways and feed them through to the front of the seat. Release the buckle tongues and chest clip and pull the harness straps to the back of the seat while pushing the chest clips, buckle tongues and harness anchors through to the back of the car seat. NOTE: You may find it easier by pulling down the seat pad when feeding the straps through. All pieces will fit through the harness slots. Choose the appropriate slots for the new harness position. Push the harness anchors, harness straps, buckle tongues and chest clips back through to the front of the seat. Once the straps are completely pulled back through to the front of the seat, make sure the straps are not twisted by clipping the chest clip together and buckling the buckle tongues, then feed the metal anchors through to the bottom of the seat and clip anchors back into place. ********************************************************************* If you have an adjustment strap that is located in between the child?s foot area that allows you to loosen and tighten the straps please follow the following steps: Loosen the harness straps by pressing the harness release button that is located between the child?s legs near the feet area; while pulling on the harness straps from the front of the car seat near the shoulder area. Turn the car seat around and from the back side of the seat follow the straps down to the metal splitter plate, remove the ends of both straps from the metal splitter plate. Once the straps are removed, pull both harness straps completely through to the front of the seat. Choose the appropriate slots for the new harness position and feed both straps through from the front of the seat to the back of the seat. Making sure straps are not twisted; hook each end of the straps back onto the metal splitter plate.
