I am not getting classic email inbox - Yahoo Mail

On your email inbox in the top right hand corner, right underneath the search bar on the top there is an Options button with an arrow. Click on it and you will get a box, go down to the option Mail Classic... and click on it. Press Switch to Yahoo! Classic when the box pops up.

You may log in your email, and go to the inbox window. Take a look on the upper right side, you will a Mobile, Option, Help link. Click on Options then click on Mail Classic.

I'm assuming you have lost the emails out of your inbox. The way I see it one of three things have happened:

1. They have moved to somewhere else in you mail, maybe into another folder.
2. They have been deleted.
3. Your account has been reset.

There are solutions with variable outcomes for all of these:

1. Either manually search all the folders you have or use the search box to try and find an email you know was in your inbox previously. e.g. If you had a paypal receipt in there search for something like "paypal" or "recipt", if it finds the email/s simply navigate to the folder and we can assume the rest of the emails are there.
2. First look in your trash/bin/deleted box, its entirely possibly they have been deleted accidentally and are sat in there. If you are using yahoo email account but your emails deleted from your inbox and you are unable to recover then you can follow some given steps given below:-
Go to the Trash folder.Open the desired message. You can also check it and any further messages you want to undelete in the message list.Click Move in the Yahoo! first try to clean temporary files on internet Explorer. Use like this:
1º open tools, then internet options, and use clean on navegation history.
2º check for virus/spyware with a good antivirus software like: norton, Macfee, Avg,....
3º check again open inbox emals.

just open yours yahoo mail in there top corner u will see switch to classic view click on that u r inbox will open.

Yahoo Mail has 2 modes: 1.Classic mode and 2.Standard mode I guess you're in standard mode,I suggest you switch to classic mode, I hope it could help you

in classic mail there is a hyperlink (i.e. a word on which your cursor changes to a hand) under "WELCOME yourname" titled inbox. click on it you will get your mails

This is a very common problem. Upgrading you iphone firmware if it's not current may solve this problem. Or try changing your address for the account from [email protected]" to your yahoo id without the "@yahoo.com"

Otherwise the built-in yahoo option for iphone can be buggy:

1. Delete the Yahoo account on your iphone
2. Create anew account via Other option
3. Fill in the usual user id and password fields
   
4. Under IMAP tab set Host Name under Incoming Mail Server to imap.apple.mail.yahoo.com
5. Under Outgoing Mail Server, in Host Name field set it to cwmx.com

If you have a very large yahoo inbox, you may have to do the following:

1. Go to your yahoo account in a regular browser on your computer. Makesure you're using the new version of Yahoo mail (the one that looks andfeels like outlook).

2. Create a new folder. I called mine "archive - inbox".

3. Select ALL emails in your inbox so that your inbox folder will becompletely empty once you move them (there's a box you can check whichwill select everything). I had over 5,000 emails in my inbox, so thiswould have taken ages using the Classic version of Yahoo mail.

4. Move all emails to your newly created archive folder. Go back intothe archive folder and select any unread/new emails and move them backto your inbox.

5. Go into Yahoo on your iphone and refresh the mail. This will clearout the old emails and download the most recent emails from your inbox.
