Zenith SL2784bt TV will power up and last for 15-20 minutes. Picture then changes to blue then goes blank. Sound is still on.

The blue gun in the picture tube has an intermittent short. This will shut down the HV and will eventualy damage the power supply. I have been able to remove many of these shorts with a battery zapper. The short must be there to remove it, sometimes this takes some time to get it just right to zap it but it can be done!
