Some cell phones are very picky about what type of files (audio, video, e-book/text) they work with. This sounds like an mp3 coding issue. I have an older mp3 player that only works with 128kbit mp3. Check you manual.

First uninstall all drivers and install the latest one.Second check your CPU activity when you are playing music(from task manager ctrl+alt+del),if its too high its a problem.If you are using different music from .mp3 like .ogg or something "not common" you must install the latest codecs.I'm waiting for your reply.
