If you are referring to the hkvac2000, it is a clipperstyle shaver, where the blades, because of the cutting action, do not generally need to be replaced. I have checked on the Remington website, and they do not sell any spare part blades for this model. To se what all comes with the shaver... comb sizes etc, check out the user manual for the device here
Hope this helps you. If you need me to do some more research, just ask:) Thanks for using FixYa, a FixYa rating would be great for my efforts to get this information for you. Cheers

I suggest that you use Remington pre-shave stick. It helps with this problem. It can be purchased at shaveroutlet.com. See link below

SOURCE: i have a Remington 650s
The faucet emblem means that you can clean the shaver head by rinsing it under running tap water. The terminology is 'washable'. It does not mean that it is 'wet and dry' for use in the shower. Such extreme exposure to water on this model may damage the unit

SOURCE: Anyone know HOW to change
It is doubtful that the cord is the problem unless there is visable damage to the cord. Most likely, the batteries are dead. You will find the correct replacement battery type at shaveroutlet.com. See link below. You will need 2
To change them, take off the back cover by removing the screws. Inside you will see the two batteries. There may be some black tape on the ends. If so remove the tape so that you can get to the tabs on the batteries. Unsolder the old batteries from the wires and solder in the new batteries
If you are not equipped to do this yourself, shaveroutlet.com can do it for you. See link below for information and ordering
