I bought this camera 5 hours ago and haven't done anything with it yet untill now. I take 1 picture en I want to test how detailed it is when I zoom in. After I do this, the lens can't focus anymore when I zoom out. Now if I try to shut it down, the screen turns black but the lens doesn't move at all! And after that I can't start it anymore for anouther 5 minutes. It can't be sand or anything because it's brand new.

1st - how long ago did it get wet? 2nd - have you stored it in a bag of uncooked rice for at least 24 hours? (You can wrap it in a tissue to keep dust out of the dock)
If you haven't done the second above - regardless of how long ago it got wet - you should try this BEFORE trying anything else using electric current!! You may do more damage if there's water inside the case.
