Try giving restore factory settings ... when you give the restore factory settings it will ask for the security code give that and after the restore of factory settings restart your phone once ...
if you still persist any problem ... then you can update the firmware(only if you have the data cable for your cell) by downloading the " nokia software updater" from the nokia site ...
you can upgrade the firmware by downloading the "nokia software updater" from the nokia site given below it is free
firstyou must download that application to pc and then you must the cell topc and then you can upgrade the firmware of your cell ...
NOTE:neverdisconnect or power off during the firmware update this willdamage yourcell phone completely and after that even if you visit thenokia alsothey cant help you with that , so while doing that do it carefully ..
