Load try1 plain letter error on display screen appears on lexmark e342n

If printer is connected to a network, type the printer IP address into the address field of your Web browser. Click on Configuration and select on paper menu and make you have the correct settings. Make sure you selected the correct paper source and paper type.

Make sure on your application, the print settings matches with the printer. Check the print settings of the application that you are using. For example if you are using Microsoft Word, you need to click on print and click the properties button and go to the paper tab.

From the Paper Tab window you can modify the Input options like paper size and the source (paper tray). You may click on the drop down and select "Automatically select" for paper tray and select "Use printer settings on paper type and then click OK.

Rage more pages and then give errors in and print paper that is scanned at half page down

Can you provide us information on the error message you are getting. Are you using the ADF or the glass scanner? It is possible that the page orientation setting may be incorrect or paper size and the paper size settings do not match. Please make sure that the paper size in the printer driver settings matches the paper in the tray.

Lexmark E342n. The paper jams after it prints and before ejecting. Paper is not wringled when pulled out. I open the back door and the end is there. It is like it is using shorter paper then letter.

Power off the printer, check the entire paper path of the printer for any jammed sheets of paper or other obstructions. Remove any obstructions you find and try printing again. Check if the page setting may be incorrect or paper size and the paper size settings do not match and make sure that the paper size in the printer driver settings matches the paper in the tray.

Printing a spreadsheet

You should tell us your "Operating System, Spreadsheet Program and Printer" for us to give you a difinitive answer. Whithout this info I will attempt to give you a general answer.

In your spreadsheet program, go to "File" and select "Page Setup" and set your paper size and set your margines and Portrait/landscape option. Your spreadsheet display should show you the paper limits for printing each page. Adjust the columns to the paper size. Highlight all the columns and rows you want to print. Find the menu option to set print area and click it. Now the computer will send the paged information to the printer and print as many pages as needed to cover the print area.
