This indicates that the wash thermistor is "Open Circuit" and I think it is situated on the heater assy at the back of the machine.
Check the wiring and contacts between the thermistor and the PCB. If you still get the fault it could be the Thermistor ( which means replacing the heater ) or a faulty board.
If it is under 5 years old - Call Hotpoint as you have a 5 years Parts Guarantee mind you the call out is £89.98 but thats cheap if it happens to be the board!

Error code is actually 5e and is to do with your drainage being blocked. Check the flap in the lower right of the machine. Open and unscrew the big black wheel/cog thingy (make sure you get lots of towels or drain all the water first with the little pipe to the right of the big black wheel/gog). I found a few coins trapped in my pipe and its working a treat now I cleared them out and spent them on lots of sweeties. Yummy. :D

Error code F03 means that the wash thermistor is open circuit, this means that the water is not getting hot.
You need to fit a new thermistor first of all, if that does not solve the prob, then you will have to fit a new heater element as well.
You will normally find the element and thermistor located at the rear of the m/c.
Access it by removing lower rear panel

Plz rate my solution.

The error code E10 is in relation to low water pressure.Have you checked that the hose at rear is not kinked or check the filters in the ends of the hose. Also make sure when you have hose off check the pressure in the supply. If all that is ok then it could be a faulty solenoid valve.
Hope this helps.
