Try this link:http://www.rolandus.com/support/service_centers/ or this one:http://www.rolandus.com/support/?tab=service_repair I would recommend contacting Roland to make sure you are dealing with an authorized repair center especially if your unit is still under warranty.
If you want to turn it off - Simply disconnect the remote wire or pull the fuse.
If it is turning off - there is a problem. Thermal shutdown, Grounded Voicecoil or wire, or load us under rated impedence.
Disconnect the subwoofer and power up the amplifier.
Any repairs will have to be from a service center, as repair parts and diagrams are not available from BOSS. The repar may end up being more than a replacement would cost.

I'm not sure which entry will get to you, so...
The likely defective part is the voltage regulator. This should be fixble by any shop that handles audio gear. No special test equipment or parts are required. The regulator circuit should be fairly standard and simple. Where are you located so I can recommend a shop? Dan
If your coffee maker is under a year old, take it to a authorized service center for free repair or replacement. If its over a year then the complete heating element assembly must be replaced. However, this part is only available to authorized service centers and is not sold to consumers.
Sorry to say, this has been a common problem with the FT and IS series coffee makers from Mr. Coffee. Seemingly, no amount of cleaning will correct the problem. If the unit is less than one year old, Sunbeam will replace it free of charge. You will need to contact Mr. Coffee to find the nearest service center. You send or take them the unit, they send it back to Sunbeam, and Mr. Coffee drop-ships a new unit directly to you. Out of warranty repairs on these units are few. Replacing the element, thermostat, etc.. can correct the problem, but sometimes the problem lies with the control module/ clock assy. Again, neither of these parts are available from Mr. coffee anymore. If your local service center has any new-old-stock of these parts, or any scrap units, they might be able to help you.
