I recently got a Vibe keyboard and mouse as a gift. Both are wireless and use one USB plug together. The model number is Kb-262. I can get the mouse to connect, but the keyboard will glitch and suddenly stop working. Sometimes it won't even connect. Am I doing something wrong? Help!

Yer you are, switch the computer off, then plug in the keyboard & mouse...i'm thinking the GREEN ps2 port for the mouse & USB for the keyboard...
put batteries in them both, make sure their not dead batteries, then locate the little connect button on the bottom of them both, & the one on the receiver as well.
get a pin or something of the sort, so you can press these connect buttons.
switch the computer on, then once its booted up..press the button on the receiver @ the same time as the connect button on the keyboard,if not then the receiver first then the keyboard.
once connected, do the same with the mouse......receiver button then mouse connect button or both @ the same time...
you'll get it in the end, you'll need to do this ever time you change the batteries.

GOOD LOOK!

How do i connect a wireless keyboard and mouse to 2350 touch screen

In most cases with modern equipment you plug the wireless usb sender into any usb port on your computer. Make sure there are batteries in the keyboard and in the mouse and the power switches are on. They should be recognized by your computer in a minute or two. If they are not seen by the computer you may have to press the connect buttons according to the manufacturer of the keyboard and mouse instructions or simply restart the computer.

Make sure you are in very close proximity of the computer with the KB and mouse. Most will not perform further than 8ft from the usb sending unit.

This is a modern unit and should be automatic in the recognition of the KB and mouse.

Brought a CS62US and Mircosoft KB with mouse. When USB combo plugged on the left USB, only KB is worked together with switching function. When USB combo plugged on the rigth USB, both KB & Mouse worked...

Unfortunately, this switch has a dedicated port for keyboard that listens for the keyboard keystroke. You MUST plug the keyboard into the dedicated keyboard port on the KVM switch for the hotkeys to work. I recommend putting the mouse that comes with your keyboard to the side, and using another mouse, plugged into the dedicated mouse USB port on the switch. Not the prettiest solution, but some of those mouse/keyboard combos have some funky hardware!

Dell wireless mouse and keyboard-no instructions

Most Bluetooth keyboards and mice are just Plug-n-Play and does not require any driver installation. You need to isolate the problem, please follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that the wireless adapter of your wireless KB and mouse is properly connected to the USB port of the computer.

2. Make sure that the USB ports of your computer are working.

3. Use fresh batteries for the KB and mouse.

4. After connecting the wireless dongle to the computer, turn on your KB and mouse (there should be an ON/OFF switch underneath).

5. Briefly press the connect button on the wireless dongle and then hold down the connect button underneath the mouse for five seconds and then release it.

6. Do the same steps for the KB.

Have a good day!

Light at the bottom of the mouse is on but it doesn't seem to commuicate with the computer? Any help much appreciated. Model number: CY2513WM thanks, done that still nothing. the mouse works when it's on...

This is sort of general but it just may help.
Make sure your batteries are in correctly.
Make sure the transmitter dongle is in the USB.
Look on the transmitter and the mouse and keyboard
itself (bottom) for a little tiny button that says connect
or reconnect. Move the mouse about six inches away from
the transmitter and press both the transmitter and the mouse.
That should reestablish the signal twixt the two.(or three KB)

Wireless mouse and keyboard not working

If you have got a USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse, then the solution might be with the receiver. Normally we know that to play a USB thumb drive, we simply plug in and play. But some model of Acer computer require us to press the button on the thumb drive to activate it. The model I had (an Aspire model) set the press button same as the blicking light bulb. So (a) turn on computer, (b) plug in thumb drive receiver (c) press button on the drive, (d) press "contact" button on the mouse and keyboard. That works for me.
