The mp3 player says that it is connected and will synch audio files, but when I try to use the arcsoft media program to synch videos onto the player, the exclamation point pops up and I can't. What do I do?

first off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as its connected, this program will also allow you to download youtube videos and put them on your mp3 player too. Your player supports WMA videos
