Occasionally apply 3 or 4 drops of gun oil around and through the loading tap to lubricate the tap and piston sub-assembly.
Also oil the following...
* Loading lever fulcrum pin (E47)
* Auxiliary lever fulcrum pin (E45)
* Pawl operating lever fulcrum (E25)
* Loading lever bolt (E40)
* Sear, trigger and pawl fulcrums (E25), very occasionally when stock is removed

Here is the manual / guide please give it a few minutes the file is quite large. It is the manual for the EXP 1000XL, but is essentially the same model. This is the closest thing available anywhere on the internet. If it is not sufficient please reply to me here and I will get you the contact information on how to get the 1000 X one, but I believe this one will work perfectly for you:
With the key in the console, press one of the incline buttons. While the incline is changing, remove the key. After a few seconds, re-insert the key. The treadmill will automatically rise to the maximum incline level and then return to the minimum level. This will recalibrate the incline system.
