Question about Compaq Presario 5000 PC Desktop
First check to see if you have an IIS connection. To do this you must go to start menu>add or remove programs>add/remove windows components>internet information services (IIS). If its not checked then check mark the box and press next. Another might be that its working offline which is located in the tools menu. If you can get the hp site for compaq then download the network driver into a flash drive or cd then your in luck because you can install it in the compaq.
