First check the songs are copyright protected ,First use a usb cable to connect your mp3 player to your computer. Next a box will pop up and ask you what you want to do, click the option that says "open in new folder" this will open all the contents of your mp3 player. Next click start(on your task bar) and search, click to search your hard drive (most likely drive C) and click the search for box and click music/audio. This will search for and find all available music files on your computer, when the search is done find the songs you want on your mp3 player, highlight them and drag-and-drop them into the folder that you opened for your mp3 player. Using this method you do not need any software or special training at all, it's easy fast and to the point

Usually it is easier to download to your computer and then use a program like Windows Media Player and Sync the device to receive songs from the computer to the MP3 player

First connect the mp3 to your computer , then it will be recognized as a external drive, Double click Mycomputer icon so you should be able to find it there , if its there just double click on yoru mp3 player then copy and paste the songs to it..

Can't seem to transfer music files to my new MP610-2G

The cobyt player is completely incompatible with iTunes. If you have songs that are in mp3 format, you can use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs to your Coby. If your songs are already in AAC (iTunes) format, you can use a free program like Media Monkey to convert UNprotected AAC files to mp3 format so that they will be usable with your Coby. Media Monkey is not capable of converting protected files.

Down loas music

This is an "Mp3-CD player," which is not the same as an "Mp3 player." This device will only play mp3 songs that are recorded onto a CD in audio format. It will not take songs from iTunes, etc. By the way, iTunes songs are AAC format, rather than Mp3 format, so you can't just burn iTunes songs onto a CD and expect it to work with this player either. Sorry.

How do you convert your own music (itunes) to FP3 format?

There's currently no converter available to convert from MP3 to FP3. Fisher Price wants you to download songs from them or simply just convert from existing CD's.

Until someone decides to make this converter I'm afraid you only have those two choices!

You could try burn CD's from iTunes if you downloaded the music & then rip them to FP3. Painfull but no other way just yet :(

Music won't sync to mp3 player! D:

Hi,

The problem is that iTunes songs only work with iPods. If you pay extra, they will now let you download them in a format compatible with other players but I don't recommend using iTunes (or anything from Apple for that matter). Try Amazon MP3. The songs downloaded from there will work with any player under the sun and they're generally cheaper than iTunes. Here is the link:

You can use either Rhapsody or Windows Media Player to sync the files to your device.

Itunes has a free download every week. Other than that, try googling free MP3. Also, sometimes bands will put songs on their website you can download. There are programs you can get to download "free" music, but most are ILLEGAL.
