It sound that the problem is cause the water level switch (stuck in the "full" water position). The switch level is usually a diaphragm device with a small clear tube attached between the switch and the bottom of the washer's outer tub. I am not familiar with this specific machine, but if you will open the rear panel you will find it easily. Clear first any obstruction in the tube,In case it doesn't help, disconnect the wires from the unit (you should disconnect first machine's power cable !!!!!) and measure with a multi-meter on its tugs for continuity and disconnection while you are inhale and blow to its tube. In case it doesn't react, you should replace it. Good luck !

When wash dishes, there is gritty like food on all the dishes and we use liquid for cleaning dishes. I rinse all dishes before I place in unit.....what is the problem?

There are many probable causes of failure .

To clean the dishes the water temperature is essential. It the water is not hot then the dishes will not be cleaned properly. So check the water temperature. The water temperature should be minimum of 140 degree Fahrenheit.

Also check the filter in your dishwasher for any debris accumulation.

If you are in an hard water zone , then try reducing the amount of detergent used and then try cleaning the dishes.

It' no longer cleaning my dishes

hello,

If your dishes are coming out of the dishwasher covered by a removable dirty film, your water may not be hot enough, or you could be using an inferior brand of automatic dishwashing detergent. If you have tested your hot water and find it is between 140 degrees and 160 degrees Fahrenheit, consider how long it takes for the hot water to reach the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. If the hot water has to travel a long distance to reach the dishwasher, chances are the water filling the dishwasher starts out cold. To alleviate this problem, run the hot water nearest to your dishwasher until the water coming out is hot. This will guarantee the water filling the dishwasher is as hot as it should be to properly clean dirty dishes.

To remove this type of film from dirty dishes, after running the dishes through a basic rinse cycle, set a bowl filled with a cup or two of white vinegar on the lowest rack of the dishwasher. Remove any metal pans or utensils, and with the vinegar on the bottom rack, wash the dishes as usual. Dirty dishes that were once covered in film should come out squeaky clean

thanks.

Dishes are coming out dirty, is there a filter?

No filter. Toss two cups of vinegar into the empty dishwasher and run your tap water til it is as hot as it gets. Then run your longest cycle. This will clean the machine. After that always rinse the dishes and always run the hot tap water into the sink until it is hot before you run the dishwasher. Problem solved. J.

The top does not wash and the bottom some what works. no water pressure

First thing to check is your in coming water pressure and temp. The internal water temp has to be at least 120 degrees to properly clean the dishes.

Second after the machine has stopped filling with water open the door and look at the water level in side you should have 1/2" to 1" of water and it should be hot.

Third if there is not that much water add a few cup fulls off water unit the whole bottom of dishwasher is covered in water. Then start your machine and let it go through a cycle.

If your unit cleans the dishes then you may need to replace the water fill valve,if it does not clean the dishes and the results are the same you need to replace your main wash motor.Remember water temp has to be 120 degrees.

I hope this helps with your dishwasher and you get it fixed fast.

My dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes.when the dishwasher is done there is still stuff on my dishes. if you cancel the cycle the water in the dishwasher is cold

If the machine used to work fine then I'd suggest running the hot water in your sink before starting a cycle to ensure the water entering your dishwaher is hot. If you then are getting hot water and still dirty dishes try reposting for a a solution. When re-posting, include your make and model for a better answer.

make sure you water is hot enough, manufactures reccommened 120 degrees to the dishwasher, i advise all customers to run hot water at sink til you get hot water then turn dishwasher on, also fill both compartments of sopa, also use rinse aid or jet dry, do not use gel packets. use cascade powder or liquid only.also run the unit through a clean cycle this should be done once or twice a year. letdishwasher fill with hot water. when starts to wash, open door and add 2 cups of white distiilled vinegar and close door and let it go throughas cycle. no dishes. also i reccommened dish majic cleaner sold at walmart or grocery stores. if this dont help then youw wash syatem could be bad or going bad.hope this helps you. try all these things first befor you re[lace uniy or pay to have it looked at.

Does not clean the dishes

Hello, I can help you. With the dishwasher empty, toss in two cups of white vinegar and run the machine on its longest and hottest cycle. This will thoroughly clean the machine.

Now put in a load of dishes, be sure to run the kitchen faucet til the water is as hot as it will get and then start your machine.
