If you want to format you phone without a code to be ask.

Follow this procedure :

1. turn off your phone and remove simcard & memory card.
2. put the battery back
3. press ( * ) ( 3 ) ( call key ) simultaneous and continuously at the same time press power on. continue pressing the 3 buttons and wait until the phone restart.

Your phone is now reset to and back to default. but the previous code is still.

For hard reset, you need to first turn off your phone.. Press Answer call key, astric * and 3 and turn on the phone while keep press other 3 keys..
Also, before performing reset, visit http://nfader.su/ and try to use master code to unlock your phone.

Try to do this trick it will turn your code in default mode i.e12345
Press and hold 3 keys i.e. Green, dial key, *, Star key, no. 3 , key on keypad and then press the power on/off to switch on the phone.Examine the battery backup of your phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 button i.e * + 3 + green just press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen shown........But in N series don't release the three button until the time set shown . original system and factory setting has also done automatically.There is no guarantee coz it might not work with some phone.............................................Try and Enjoy

To turn off the auto locks 1 turn the key on 2 press the unlock button 3 times, 3 turn the key from on to off, 4 press the unlock button 3 times, 5 turn the key back to on and the horn will chirp, 6 press the unlock button, then the lock button. the horn will chirp once if the auto locks are deactivated, or twice one short and one long chirp if activated. 7 turn the key off and the horn will chirp once to confirm exiting the system

If you forgot you can generate master code using your IMEI, which can be viewed by pressing *#06# and keying that in the link mentioned below,,

Try this. This works perfectly on nokia 6600 and i have formatting like this whenever im getting a virus attack.
Switch off and on . While the light on the screen appears hold these three keys, (Green call button+star Key*+number3. A vertical shade and the word " formatting "will appear on screen. Hold it till you finish the formatting. You will lose your phone memory. Im not sure whether this will work on 7360.

Hard Reset ?
Try the green/3/* thing again (until you get it to work).
- Turn off PIN code requests or remove cards
- Charge the phone fully.
- Turn off the phone.
- Remove the memory card (not really needed, but I usually do it to be on the safe side).
- Put the phone on a table (easier to press the keys then, in my opinion).
- Press the three keys mentioned above ( "green" , "*" , "3" ) and keep them securely down and do not release.
- While the keys are still down, turn the power on.
- Do not release the three keys until you see the prompt for the home city.

If it doesn't work, retry until you get it right. It is easier if you have three hands

first,plug it in to wall charger.Then it will light up and show charging.If this happens,switch off wall chager and wait for a while to blank screen(power off) and then turn on wall charger along with pressing these keys.

the only way to solve the problem is flash u r phones software

Switch-off your phone.

Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show!


2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.
