assuming that your mobile is new then, the easiet way to fix your problem is to restore it to factory settings, please take note that if you have any pictures, videos or personal data on the handset then it will be removed if you dont back it up on your pc or other storage device, if you have restored your handset to factory settings and this keeps poping up then, it is also the network your on, meaning that the "180" could just simply be the voicemail number for that network, you see when you get a voicemail for your number the network notifies you of this by the service ringing you! or you having to ring it.
