Question about Computers & Internet
Our flat screen monitor goes "dead" and says "No signal". this happened before, and we swapped it for another one for a couple of weeks, then reconnected it and it was ok. Now it has happened again. Turned the computer and monitor off and on again a few times without any success.
If it goes to NO signal again, its not necessarily the whole Flat screen that is dead. Just replace the Video logic board with a known good one and it should work
Most monitors only have 2 or 3 boards
Logic board, Inverter, Power supply
or Logic video ,and a power supply board with an embedded inverter.
You have to open the monitor and replace.
