First disconnect hard drive on the controller . when it's problem not solved change ur RAM 128 on controller or check NVRAM.

Hello!
You probably have the HDD (hard disk) broken.
Turn the machine off and try to unplug the HDD and see what happen.
If you dont know how to do it i advise you to call a tech
