Question about Sanyo DS31520 31" TV
Sounds like you have a bad ground or cracked board or even several cold solser connections on or around your microprocessor IC. Could even be a bunch of cold connection , some around the sound output ic But my feelings are they are all around the Micro. Your gonna need to be goo with a soldering iron and a plasit pick tool to find the area ao if you have no experience in electronic troubleshooting i would take the set into a pro. Good Luck
