Try turning the usb port upside down that connects to your phone... with mine if it is in the wrong way the phone detects it as the earpiece. also try going into your my computer folder on your computer and look under removable storage...which should be where ur phone's memory card is. you may want to try a different memory card in your phone in case that is the problem

Be aware that the phone is compatible with OPS windows 2000 and XP only. If your operating system is Vista, you are out of luck.
