SOURCE: Xerox Copier C128 showing Fault

That is a finisher stack height sensor fault. It has not reset when the tray started to lower.
Most commonly that sensor has an arm on it, it will often times fall off. Look around the finisher, on the floor and under the machine for a black part, maybe 2 inches long. Skinny. It is an odd shapped part. It would be sticking out onto the tray, in the middle. It may just be stuck. but my bet is that it has fallen off.

SOURCE: My Xerox Copy centre C123 shows error code 124-315

Thats a weird one. The machine is detecting the wrong speeds.
Try this.

  1. Enter Diagnostic Mode ( UI Diagnostic Mode).
  2. At the Control Panel, press and hold the 0 key for 5 seconds, then press the Start button while still pressing the 0 key.
  3. Press buttons 6, 7, 8, and 9 on keypad and press Confirm.
  4. Press the Log In/Out button (button with Key symbol) on the Control Panel.
  5. Select System Settings.
  6. Select Common Settings.
  7. Select Maintenance/Diagnostics.
Then look at these 3 locations and see if they match, If they do not set them to match the machine speed.

Solution : Power the Machine OFF and ON CAUTION: Wait at least 30 seconds between powering the machine OFF and powering the machine ON. Damage to the optional hard disk could occur.

  1. Press the power switch to the OFF (O) position.

  2. NOTE: If the machine is equipped with the optional hard disk, the machine remains on for approximately 10 seconds, while storingfiles and preparing for shutdown. The machine then shuts down completely.

  3. Press the power switch to the ON position.
IF THAT FAILS TRY THIS NEXT:
Solution : Clear the Paper Jam Behind Cover A
  1. Open Paper Tray 5 (Bypass Tray).
  2. Lift up the Cover A release lever, and open Cover A.
  3. Remove any paper below the Fuser Unit by carefully pulling up and out.
  4. WARNING: Do not touch the Fuser Unit, as it may be hot.
  5. If the jammed paper is inside the Fuser Unit, lower the green A2 lever in the direction of the arrow to open the Fuser Unit Cover.
  6. Push down and rotate the green A1 lever in the direction of the arrow to feed the paper from the top of the Fuser Unit.
  7. NOTE: Do not pull paper downward during removal.
  8. Close Cover A until the cover latches.
  9. Close Paper Tray 5.

Fault code 010-327

This is a fuser error, so we'd start by replacing that. The fuser PN is 126K16480.
This particular error code may be a false error, in which case either the Power Unit 105E11370 or the MCU Board 960K09910 might be bad.

Fault code 047-211

There is a loose connection on the finisher. The fault code does not appear if the copy/print is delivered to the middle tray I think.
The code means that the "offset catch tray home sensor did not turn on in specified time". You may manually move the offset mechanism and see if it moves smoothly.
