What is the service interval on a vectrix - 2011 Vectrix VX1

o reset the 2013 Hyundai service interval, please follow these instructions to reset/setup:
1.Start the engine.
2. If a service is due the display will show "Service required".
To reset this message, press the SELECT/RESET button (left
pointing arrow) on the bottom right of the steering wheel for more
than 1 second.
3. The service interval will be reset to the default setting.
*The service interval feature has to be turned on and set by
the user by accessing the SERVICE INTERVAL menu. Press
the MODE button (rectangle icons) on the bottom right of the
steering wheel to highlight the SERVICE INTERVAL menu.
Press the SELECT/RESET button to access the menu and
use the DOWN arrow to turn the SERVICE mode on and
set the applicable interval.
4. Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify the
indicator has been reset.

The best you can do is change the oil, look for metal, adjust the clutch, and hope it is supposed to make some noise as you shift. There is nothing else you can do short of totally dismantling and rebuilding the whole thing.But a little noise when shifting is normal.

The shop service manual is rather vague on this subject.
It says that you must select "Service Interval" and once in the service interval display, the interval can be changed by pressing the "Step" button.
The "Reset (Yes/No)" display only becomes available when the service interval is changed.
It doesn't explain where these buttons or the display is located.

This proceedure is probably better explained in the Owner's Manual.

NOTE: If the service interval indicator flashes it may be caused by one of the service interval indicator parameters not being programmed. This can only be done with suitable diagnostic equipment. Always check for any stored trouble codes as this may affect the resetting of the service interval indicator.
Turn ignition key to position I. Press and hold reset button [A] 20573 for trip meter. Turn ignition key to position II. Keep button [A] depressed until service interval indicator flashes (approximately 10 seconds). Release reset button [A] within 5 seconds. There will be an audible signal when reset complete. If reset button is not released within 5 seconds, the service interval indicator will not be reset but will stop flashing.

Fixed service intervals
Press and hold button [A] 24297. Switch ignition ON. Release button [A]. The words "SERVICE" or "SERVICE IN xxxx MI" will appear in the trip recorder display. Press button [B] until the display clears and is replaced with the new service interval or "SERVICE!". Switch ignition OFF.

Vehicles on longlife service intervals must have the service interval indicator reset using suitable diagnostic equipment. Vehicles on fixed interval servicing can be reset as follows: Press and hold button [A] 46988. Switch ignition ON. Release button [A]. The word "SERVICE" will appear in the trip recorder display. Press and hold button [A] until the word "SERVICE" is erased. Switch ignition OFF.

To reset the service interval indicator you need to buy a "Peake" / "Baume" or similar OBDII reader / resetter.

Cost about $150 - $200 ea.

Service due every 3750 miles. interavls requiring major maintenance fall on 15k 30k 45k 60k 90k and so on ....or months which every occur first.

My procedure its for road use you mast change the parts at
first: 1500Km
second and other: 3000Km
