You were right to check the fuse first - but if that's good, you're either going to have to open it up (you or someone else), or replace it.
You don't say how old it is, might it still be under warranty? You don't want to open it up yourself unless (1) you don't mind voiding any warranty left, and (2) you are competent to work safely with electricity - you have to make this judgement, I can't do it for you.
