Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Just purchased this mp3 player and started to loaded & listening songs on to it. After turning off for a couple of hours and trying to load more music the screen does not turn on and the only thing lit up is the blue wheel. Now I can't do anything with it. It won't turn on or off no matter what I try. What could the problem be?
Mines doing the same thing, but when i turn it off til the wheel goes off, then turn it back on, it goes back to a blank screen and blue wheel
ANY advice would be appreciated :D

"hold the power button for a while and it turns off, just turn it back on and it should work.." This worked for me! I've had my Sansa 8 gig for six months since Christmas and it had never went blank before tonight. I was in a panic. Thank You for your help. Craig St Louis MO

The same thing happened to my Mp3 and all i did was let the battery run out all night and in the morning it worked again. Hopefully this will help you so you dont have to return it after you bought it! Enjoy

I just encountered the exact same problem with my mp3 player. It is the 2nd time that this has happened to me. I have taken it back to the store both times and they have given me a new one. They keep telling me that illegally downloaded music will cause it to crash but i only had CDs on there. I guess i dont have a real solution other than taking it back and hoping for one that works.
