Picture are dark indors after i dropped camera

That depends on two main factors: resolution and detail.
The higher the resolution the more memory is required to store the additional pixels.
The more detail there is in the scene, the more memory is required to store it. Consider a picture taken with the lens cap on. You could summarize the entire picture by saying "every pixel is pure black." Compare that to a wide picture of a field of colorful flowers, where nearly every pixel is different from its neighbors. Storing such a picture will take a lot more memory.

Just covering the bases...
Make sure the lens cap is removed
Turn the ON/OFF switch to Favorite mode
Press EVF/LCD does it toggle
Look to see if the battery level ICON shows better then half
Battery combination sometimes will show a strong icon level
It may be strong in the other modes which draws less power then the picture taking mode.
My guess would be New Battery replacement.

I dropped my camera and the lens wouldn't work. It was under a year old so i took it back to where i purchased it and they fixed it FoC.
Thats probably your best bet.

Press the shutter button halfway to focus, then when the subject is in a pose you like press it fully to take the picture.  If you just press the button without stopping halfway, the camera needs to focus, that is most likely causing the delay.

Delete the one you downloaded.
Disconect camera from usb.
Re-Download and wait , after re-boot.
Open easyshare wait. conect camera to usb.
Read again manual and help topics.

CCD is bad, needs replacement. TEst to see if you can see recorded pictures. If not, then professional repair is needed.

None other than checking out the manual to see if it is actually switched on.
If it turn out to be a component failure . then that's it ,no repair only replace camera
