Purchase a wireless router and connect it to your incomming system. Make sure your laptop has the necessary hardware to match specifications with the router. Install Windows 7, it will probably already have the necessary drivers for your hardware. Read the manual to configure the router for WPA2 64 bit encryption and copy this information to your laptop configuration by using a pen drive.

Will only boot in safe mode won't connect to lan or wireless, locks up after a few mins, ran everything I can to repair..can't access dvd drive to do a complete format any suggestions?

You may need to pull the hard drive and connect to another computer as a external device to format the hardware, but if you can access bios, reset to factory defaults before pulling the hard drive and try again.

I cannot find the setup CD of my Linksys WAP54G Access Point, and I cannot configure it properly again. For some reason it is not working.

Problaby a hard reset will solve your problem.
There's a small red reset button at the backside of the device.
push it for at least 10 seconds.

I have a sony hdd camcorder hdr xr150. iam getting the code E:31:00 hdd format error. it wont let me format it says cannot access hard drive. can i fix this myself or does it need to be sent for repairs?

Before you replace the network card (which is pretty easy on a desktop, a little trickier with a laptop), reset your router. Look for the router reset button and reset it (you need a paperclip).

I can't access this web address

Do a hard reset of your router by pressing the reset button located at the rear of the router for 5 sec while the power on, the router will be reset st the factory default. Hope this will solve the problem
