ILO MP3 PLAYER WON'T TURN ON (by 23 users)
I have an ILO mp3 player and it just stopped working i changed the batteries and tryed brand new ones I just can't get it to work please help me!

It just one day had these weird lines on the screen and it will not turn on now. Previously it had an issue but it stopped and now it stopped working. This is not a good product.

i put batteries in my ilo and it wouldnt turn on. than i changed them put still it wouldnt turn on

My1 GB ILO mp3/wma player is recognized by computer but while I double clik it, it shows some error message like "device has some I/O error". Moreover my player does not start.
I had alredy searched for the solution in internet and also I have changed the batteries. But nothing worked. So please give me solution.

Can't get the player to turn on and stay on, we've changed the batteries and this still doesn't work. It varies from turning on for a second then cutting right back off to not turning on at all.

i have an ilo mp3 playerand it suddenly stopped working.i have tried brand new batteries and it just won't work. please help me if you knowwhat to do.thank you!!!!!!

I had an ilo mp3 player and the same thing happened which I think beacause it's put together poorly. My suggestion is get a different mp3 player but remember, you get what you pay for, the more you pay the better quality player. I had an mp3 player that was all metal and it lasted for two and a half years beacause of how tough it was.

i thought i had a little bit of life left in may battery for my ilo MP3. I tried to turn it on, but the screen did not turn on so i changed the battery (twice). My ilo still won't come on.
Can you resolve the problem? I thought i paid for a decent product, how do i get my money back if i no longer have the receipt? Have i just wasted my hard earned cash?

i just bought a mp3 player last night and it wont turn on it says u charge it by plugging the cord into the computer still will not HELP!!!

MY ilo MP-556 won't turn on either. I can download songs on it but it won't turn on. The screen blinks once and that it.

Changed the batteries and now my MP3 player won't come on. Can anyone give me a address as to where I can send it back to to get it fixed. Walmart was no help.

I bought the ilo mp3 model mp-556 three days ago. It says it's compatible w/ my computer but i have to un-install and re-install everytime I try to put music on it. Now today it just stopprd working all together. Won't even come on. 3 days!!

my Ilo 1gb mp3 player allowed me to put songs on it, but it wont come on when in the computer or out. new batteries and all.

My Zen V Plus was on and playing then it crashed and eventually turned itself off. Now I cannot get it to turn on again. I have tried to activate the reset option with a pin but to no avail.

I pressed reset and now my MP3 won't turn on. I tried to plug into the computer and still, it won't turn on. Thanks for your help.

When I turn MP3 player on, it is stuck on the same song and none of the buttons will work. You have to take the batteries out to turn it off. If you turn it on again, it is stuck on the same song.

i have put new batteries in my ilo mp3 player. none of them worked but they were brand new. it only turns on when its plugged into my computer. when it used to turn on, i noticed the problem when it would only go up to the 17th song and if i tried listening to any song after that, it just shuts off. is this internal? i dont have the reciept. it was bought 11 months ago.

I have an ILO mp3 player. most of the time it will not turn on....sometimes it does and then shuts off saying low batteries....when i know that the batteries are BRAND NEW!! I will never buy another product with the name ILO on it ever again!! I cant even return it to get my money back because it was a gift to my dad that i no longer have the reciept for!! so now the gift i bought for him is junk that doesnt work!! HELP

Yeah...I have an ILO mp3 player....It will not turn on....I put New batteries in it. sometimes it will turn on, but then just shuts off saying low battery, when I know they are BRAND NEW BATTERIES. I no longer have my receipt....so i can not return it to the store and get my money back!! I will never buy another product with the ILO name on it!!!
