Sorry to tell you this but your CCD is gone. In a fwe days time pics will be black in color. CP 5400 uses a batch of defective Sony CCD's. Nikon's service center in Kolkata, India replaced the CCD in my CP 5400 free of cost. This was because Nikon has issued a service advisory. Try your luck with the Nikon service center closest to your home!

What is the problem with my LG LCD TV?

The slant to the image seems to indicate a connection or component timing issue with video circuit. The distortion in lower/right midsection of the screen looks like a problem with the display panel.

Have Mits HDTV have horizontal lines running across screen, whats the problem? After it warms up, seems to lessen but does not go away.

Hi if its a Dlp it will be an issue with the dmd This is how the dmd works: http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/dlp1.htm Basically the dmd is a chip that carries 2 million pixels that create the image and colors .When its bad it will cause pixilation, color discoloration or stripes. If its an Lcd it seems you are experimenting a light engine problem. This is how your tv works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLLHnQ4y-wo So basically the 3 Lcd chips that create the colors and image is going bad and thats why you get that color discoloration.Contact Mitsu or look for your light engine online.God bless you and your house!

Burn in LCD HDtv

not really,,burn in is just that,,the phosphors have burned and become discolored..some times you can lessen the difference by playing a pure white picture on the full screen for a long time, but this is really just discoloring the rest of the pixels so the difference is not so noticable
