Probably not cost effective. Your measurements suggest a standard size microwave. Take them down to a big box store and compare with models on display. note where the plug comes out and whether you have a vent or not. Most can be made vented or ventless when installing.
I don't know if this applies in your case but I have had fans with metal blades that would resonate with a high pitched ringing sound.
It may also be that a blade is slightly contacting a metalic mesh filter cartridge.
our tray that goes around and back and forth jumps the tracks and stops and turns the other way I can put it back on track before it makes a round it jumps the tracks again and starts going the other way is there a part that need replaced
This should be a very easy fix. I assume you are talking about the plastic vent grill on the top of the oven above the door. There should only be a couple of screws holding it in from the top. The grill then should tilt out from the top first then from the bottom to remove. Since you said that it had fallen off, it sounds like the tabs where the screw holes are have broken off. This is a common problem. You can buy the part by ordering from the manufacturer, or from most repair websites. All you need is the model number from the microwave. Good luck.
Be sure the oven is disconnected from the wall first.
Then open the door.
Remove the two screws from the top of the grille.
Next, slide the grille to the left to remove it.
Before you slide the charcoal filter out, be sure to note how it rests at an angle on 2 side support tabs and in front of the right rear tab.
After it's replaced, you can press OPTIONS until you come to the Charcoal Filter Reminder.
Then you can press 0 to turn the reminder off, press 1 to set the reminder, or press 3 to turn the reminder on.
