Go to your computer manufacturer's website and go to the driver/software download page according to your computer's make/ model number. Download and install the audio drivers. If this does not work, make sure that you have your speakers set to default, making them the things that you are wanting the sound to play out of. You can access this and set the default by going to your control panel, then to your speaker settings, then to your playback. There, you can select default, and then maybe restart your computer...Once restared and rebooted, then chck and see if you are getting sound.
