How can i fix the machine when it say network controller unavailable??

First Option:
Phone in the Other Sim and check the Phone Network Signal If Network Signal Problem not Solved So
Secend Option:
Your Phone Network IC Fault So Please change Network IC
And Network Signal Problem will Solved
if it is there isn't much you can do on this side of the network.
Contact your phone company.

To access the GPRS network, you must have the correct settings to connect to the network. Try going to your network provider, and have them to input the right settings to your phone.

Most likely the network hard drive has failed. The hard drive us located inside the network controller box .

like i said in the above post, go into text messaging center and change the setting from empty to SMS
